An Introduction to the Telepan Restaurant Wine List

Welcome to our wine list, our attempt to bring to our customers wines that we believe are worth the extra effort to seek out and purchase. While the selections are accented by American, French and Italian producers, we have included many of our other favorite regions from around the world.

Most of the wineries represent boutique productions made by true artisans whose intention is to make balanced, food worthy wines. These are wines that speak of their origins, and all of them represent great value relative to their price.

The cellar here at the restaurant also represents a partnership of passions. The private collection that lends the backbone and depth to our list is also influenced by the interests and personality of the staff here at the restaurant, as well as the winery owners and winemakers that we meet. We have adopted a seasonal element to our wine list to reflect the food menu, and we promote the concept of drinking and eating in season.

We are happy to provide advice and direction when tackling new regions or adventurous styles, and we enjoy developing food and wine pairings for your menu. We also welcome you to discover your own pairings, and to watch and participate in a wine program that we plan to grow throughout the years to come.
