September 27th - 30th Harvest Dinner
September is when we say goodbye to summer and hello to fall. This month's dinner will honor all of the farmers at the Greenmarket and bridge the two seasons with a five-course tasting menu (with which you can pair some special wines if you choose). The menu is $85 per person with a portion of the proceeds being donated to Grow NYC in honor of Eat Drink Local Week.
Pre & Post Theatre Special Menu - Mondays through Thursdays
On Monday thru Thursday, if you order before 6:15 or after 9:30, we offer our special $39 three-course tasting menu. As we're just a four-block stroll from Lincoln Center, those going to or coming from the theater can take advantage of our seasonal menu before or after the show. Or simply drop in early or late to join us.
Sunday Burger & Barbaresco Nite!
We continue to celebrate our favorite Italian wines to pair with the Telepan Burger. There are a range of wines offered by the glass and in half bottles that do justice to the big flavors. We will have these wines, from Piemonte and Tuscany, featured on our wine list!

With the holidays fast approaching, please remember that Telepan has a semi-private dining room which will accommodate up to 20 people, perfect for that celebratory or seasonal dinner. Please call Scott Mayger, our General Manager, to inquire.

I will be at the 3rd annual New York Culinary Experience at The French Culinary Institute teaching some fall classics.

We will be at this year's New York Food & Wine Festival's Taco & Tequila Party.

I will be at the New York Botanical Gardens along with Mario Batali, Lidia Bastianich & many others at their Edible Garden for a cooking demo.
September is also Back-to-School time and we are working hard at Wellness in the Schools, a not-for-profit organization that is making a difference for children by advocating for and providing access to good food in New York City Public Schools. We will begin training our newly hired WITS-in-Residence cooks, who will be cooking from scratch alongside the NYC public school cooks. And will be teaching kids and parents about cooking and eating healthy.
